The first signs of autumn can be seen in Sofia – from the trees starting to turn yellow here and there, to the flowers and fruit in the markets. I love the stalls with home grown fruit and vegetables on Graf Ignatiev street where you can find all kinds of autumn harvest – grapes, apples, chestnuts, walnuts, figs…and other produce from all corners of Bulgaria.
