These are pictures from two weeks ago, when it started snowing in the afternoon and within a few hours the city looked like a winter wonderland. I have been waiting for an opportunity like this all winter, so I had to venture through the blizzard (it was really very heavy snowfall!) with my camera and tripod and an umbrella. It was very beautiful and it was exciting to take pictures in the city, while it was completely transformed by the snow into something out of this world.
