Sofia is not famous for its breakfast places, so finding a good place for brunch on a weekend can be a challenge. At least that’s what I thought until a friend of mine brought me to Habitat for Sunday brunch. Habitat is a very modern and trendy bar, but on Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm they serve the best brunch I’ve ever had in Sofia. Eggs Benedict and American style pancakes with maple syrup are just two of the highlights. They also have a delicious grilled cheese sandwich and burgers on the menu.  My friend and I had brunch there last Sunday and I am looking forward to doing it again – nothing beats a good brunch and a Bloody Mary on a weekend.
