Bloody Stream

With temperatures of minus ten centigrade I haven’t been out and about with my camera lately. So I have chosen to show you pictures of this pub in Ireland, because in winter we all need images of warm and cozy places.

The pub is called the Bloody Stream, it is half an hour on the train from Dublin, in Howth Harbour. I spent almost all day there in November – it was raining heavily, so sightseeing was out of the question. Sitting down near a burning fireplace and having fish and chips and beer turned out to be a far better idea. All I can remember is smelling burning wood, tasting delicious fish and chips and listening to traditional Irish music…
