Last weekend I was walking in the centre of the city and passing through the garden in front of the National Library. I couldn’t help noticing how beautiful it was, so I took some pictures. This area of town has many historic buildings and parks, which are now full of blossoming trees and spring flowers.

The St. St. Cyril and Methodius National Library is the biggest library in Bulgaria and is located right next to St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia – the oldest higher education institution in Bulgaria. They are both examples of the beautiful old architecture of Sofia.
